After exceeding all expectations at their Printworks debut in 2018, Defected’s return to the almighty Press Halls has been heralded as one of the highlights of the venue’s AW19 season. As one of the most influential imprints in house music, the label’s reputation of pulling out all the stops at their parties across the globe is well established, with house music of the finest quality and exceptional production always taking centre stage at their ‘no frills, just house’ events.

Defected are dedicated to championing both rising stars and household names with their line-ups, the artists heading to Printworks for Defected on 1^st January making no exception. Armand Van Helden tops the bill, a certified house legend, along with Defected’s Sam Divine, club heavyweight Low Steppa and Dutch hit-maker Ferreck Dawn. Roberto Surace, whose record ‘Joys’ is one of the biggest house records of 2019, and Defected head-honcho Simon Dunmore also join the line-up for a serious New Year’s Day knees-up.

As a label, Defected continue to push the boundaries of modern house, but with an illustrious catalogue of classics from across their twenty years of releasing records, the programming also reflects its heritage roots, as sub-label 4 To The Floor take over Room 2 with Smokin’ Jo, Seamus Haji and HiFi Sean.
