Beachouse Ibiza presents SOLAR with Guy Gerber, Afrosideral and more!

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, from 7 pm to midnight.

The organisers said”As one of the few places in Europe to fall within the path of totality, Ibiza offers a front-row seat to one of the decade’s most extraordinary celestial events. Beachouse Ibiza will mark the total solar eclipse on 12 August 2026 with SOLAR, a special beachfront gathering of gastronomy, sound, dance, and connection. The celestial counterpart to Beachouse’s monthly LUNAR celebrations, the one-night event will bring guests together on the shores of Playa d’en Bossa beneath one of nature’s rarest spectacles.

The night will be soundtracked by Guy Gerber, returning to Beachouse for a special set on the night of Ibiza’s total solar eclipse. Gerber has spent two decades blurring the line between dancefloor culture and artistic expression, and his melodic and atmospheric sound will guide the evening’s journey for a night that celebrates the rhythms of nature, music and community. Joining him is Ibiza-based DJ Nadja, whose carefully curated, boundary-free selections have helped shape the sound of Beachouse’s iconic BOHO Experience. Afrosideral Duo will bring their distinctive fusion of Afro-Cuban folklore, world music and electronic sound, while David Ventura continues the musical journey. Dancers and performers will move throughout the space as day gives way to darkness and night.

Set along the shoreline, guests will enjoy Beachouse’s signature dining experience, celebrating the flavours of Ibiza and the wider Mediterranean.  The menu features favourites including Bluefin Tuna Belly Carpaccio, red prawns from Formentera, charcoal-grilled Whole Sea Bass, and Wagyu beef, served alongside Beachouse’s collection of more than 350 wines, spanning Burgundy Grand Crus, prestigious Champagne houses and Balearic producers, and signature cocktails, including the Bow Tie Paloma, Masala Punch and Beachouse Garden.

At approximately 7.40pm, the moon will pass directly between the Earth and the sun, briefly plunging Ibiza into darkness, making the island one of the best places in Europe to witness this once-in-a-generation event. The eclipse also coincides with the peak of the Perseid meteor shower, making for an extraordinary night beneath the Mediterranean sky.

“Beachouse has always been inspired by the rhythms of nature, whether that’s sunrise yoga, Moonlit Dinners or our LUNAR gatherings beneath the full moon,” says Sofija Mehta, Co-Founder of Beachouse Ibiza. “To experience a total solar eclipse from the beach, surrounded by great food, music and people, feels incredibly special.”

For more than a decade, Beachouse has brought people together through food, music and a connection to the natural rhythms of the island. SOLAR continues that tradition, offering a unique way to experience one of nature’s rarest spectacles from the shores of the Mediterranean.. To book, visit beachouseibiza.com. ”
