Ushuaïa Ibiza announces Latin stars Arcangel, Bizarrap, Maluma, Myke Towers & Ozuna !

Ushuaïa Ibiza media team said: “Once again this summer, Ushuaïa Ibiza will be the place to see the biggest stars of the Latin music scene. American rapper Arcángel (25 June), Argentine freestyle king Bizarrap (11 June), Colombian singer, songwriter, and rapper Maluma (18 June & 2 July), Puerto Rican star Myke Towers (16 July), and multi-GRAMMY award-winning Puerto Rican singer and songwriter Ozuna (9 July), will all line up for a special series of Sundays at the #1 open air club on the island.

Ushuaïa Ibiza has been influential in establishing Latin music on the White Isle, by hosting the scene’s biggest talents on its world-famous open-air stage. The club’s dedication to the most advanced production means there is nowhere better to experience the bass-heavy sounds of the biggest artists in Latin music.

Latin Grammy-nominated and platinum-certified Argentinian producer Bizarrap will showcase his new school sound on 11 June at the iconic open air venue, Ushuaïa Ibiza. Bizarrap’s Music Sessions with Shakira achieved worldwide recognition almost unprecedented for a Latin artist, debuting at #1 on Spotify and YouTube, becoming the best debut for a spanish-language song in history on both platforms. Likewise, his 2022 release with Quevedo, became the most listened song in the world, staying more than 55 days at #1 Global on Spotify, and becoming the eighth most listened song of the year. He is currently the third most listened latin artist on Spotify, with more than 50 million monthly listeners, making him the #30 artist in the world. You don’t want to miss this exclusive Ibiza performance from the fast-rising star!

Colombian pop singer, songwriter, and rapper Maluma makes his much anticipated Ushuaïa debut on Sunday 18 June, before returning for a second appearance on 2 July. His unique mix of streetwise yet romantic sounds has made him a household name, who has topped all Latin charts with tracks like Hawái, collaborated with Madonna, Ricky Martin, and Anitta, and last year starred alongside Jennifer Lopez in the comedy Marry Me as well as singing on its soundtrack. Most recently he has continued to serve up hits such as “Diablo que Chimba”, “La Reina”, “Cositas de la USA” and “Nos Comemos Vivos”, and is sure to be on top form when he comes to Ushuaïa.

American rapper Arcángel has been performing since his teenage years and has a trademark singing voice that’s cool, melodic and sweet which contrasts with his gritty lyrics. The hugely prolific artist is never far from the top of the Latin and mainstream charts in the US and has brought his own distinctive style to Latin trap and reggaeton across several high-profile albums and mixtapes, which he is sure to showcase on June 25th.

First up, following a much talked about debut last year, Ozuna returns for one exclusive date on Sunday 9 July. The global Latin music icon, who co-wrote the official soundtrack and played the official closing party of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, very much defines the reggaeton sound. He’s collaborated with everyone from Cardi B and Shakira, to J Balvin and Bad Bunny, and exceeded 50 billion audio and video views across his albums. Ozuna will be joined on this very special occasion by Brazilian DJ and producer ALOK.  One of dance music’s biggest draws, the bass superstar was recently voted No.4 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs poll, the highest position ever charted by a Brazilian artist.

As Latin rap’s global influence grows around the world, so does Myke Towers‘ reputation as one of the scene’s most successful new-gen artists. The Puerto Rican superstar has collaborated with everyone from Cardi B and Selena Gomez, to Arcángel, Bad Bunny, Becky G, J Balvin and Ozuna. His fourth studio album, “La Vida Es Una”, flew into the Top 10 of the Billboard Latin Albums Chart when it was released earlier this year, with powerful Daddy Yankee collaboration “Ulala” reaching number 1 on the Latin Airplay chart. To date, La Vida Es Una has amassed over 200 million streams on Spotify. Don’t miss his headline performance at Ushuaïa Ibiza on Sunday 16 July.
