Will coronavirus affect summer 2020 in Ibiza? We constantly monitor the situation and we don’t want to create unnecessary alarmism, but we interact with a rapidly changing scenario.
The facts:
- The first opening parties have been scheduled in less than sixty days: in such an uncertain scenario the possibility that some of them will be postsposted … realistically cannot be absolutely discarded. BUT- WE CLARIFY IT – AT THE MOMENT THERE IS NO OFFICIAL CONFIRMATION THAT THEY WILL BE POSTPONED.
- Actually there is a (temporary) block of air flights to and from some countries, such as Italy.
- Must be also considered Spanish governmental decisions, at central and local level, which could prolong the limitations or establish others.
- Heart Ibiza has cancelled all the events scheduled for April and also the Atzarò has postponed the famous Fiesta Primavera. We share this line because we believe that health comes first, including business.
- Our opinion? We hope that summer 2020 won’t be comprimised, but it is clear that in the short term the situation is indecipherable.
