This year we will publish a truly limited number of episodes, and today – for our third episode – we host a dj and producer that we met and appreciated IbridoPerfetto (in the pictures below).
This is her biography:“IbridoPerfetto, was born and raised in Naples in the latest 80s. Even without a traditional musical education, since she was a teenager, music has had an important role in her life, so she started djing at 18 and, at 23, she enrolled at the Conservatory of Avellino to study Electronic Composition. That experience allowed her to link the art of djing (by using turntables and cdjs) to several experimental types of live electronics performances, starting from the use of Max/msp to the best known Ableton Live.
In 2018 she became dj resident at Akademia, a great location close to Naples where refined cuisine, elegant atmosphere and a lot of events on music culture (from Jazz to Electronic) are mixed all together: there her djset goes from Funky to House passing through Indie Dance, NuDisco, Electronica and more music styles. Now based in Parma to attend the Electronic Composition Master Degree, she is part of “Frega Project”, a no-profit association of social promotion for disable people self maintained trough Techno Music events but, alongside, she usually plays with several musicians in live electronics performances in and out the Conservatory environment.”
