The Ritual With Anané & Louie Vega at Heart Ibiza is preparing an unforgettable night to close the season. With this concept, The Vegas’ deliver their rich history in NYC and years of work in creating an atmosphere to experience sound, visuals and unique musical guests. It is a family get together style event where Anané & Louie Vega’s close friends carry on with their vibes having the NYC underground club culture as their backdrop.
Headlining the Closing on the 28th of August will be the New York band E.O.L Soulfrito Live accompanying Grammy Award Winner Louie Vega and two singers Anané Vega & Josh Milan in the most avant-garde club on the island.
E.O.L. Soulfrito, led by musical director and conductor Louie Vega, is the condensed version of Vega’s Elements Of Life live-band project, which over its tenure has released three albums, won a Grammy award in 2006 for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical (Curtis Mayfield, “Superfly (Louie Vega EOL Mix”), and performed/composed the song “One Dream” for a globally-televised audience of 145 million viewers during the 2007 Superbowl pre-game show. E.O.L. Soulfrito’s name is a play on the popular Latin-Caribbean seasoning sofrito, which serves as a nod to Vega’s own Puerto Rican heritage.
Among the invited artists who have been part of The Ritual during the last weeks, includes Moodymann, Henrik Schwartz Live, Nulu Movement, Joseph Capriati, Nicole Moudaber, Cassy, Masters At Work & more . The Ritual By Anané & Louie Vega has been a big part of Heart Factory’s party this season, an alternate party teaming various musical episodes with a single common denominator: the best artists from the world of underground electronic music, in a club where the sound quality, the visual and performance levels are top priority.
