Michael Bibi raises over €56,000 for cancer Charity with surprise Ibiza session!

Beachouse Ibiza was transformed into a sanctuary of sound, solidarity, and generosity earlier this week, as world-renowned DJ Michael Bibi delivered an unforgettable performance, raising €56,021 for Ibiza cancer charity APAAC (Asociación Pitiusa de Ayuda a Afectados de Cáncer).

In a truly intimate beachside setting, far from the festival stages and stadium crowds he typically commands, Bibi played for a tightly gathered group of lucky fans, offering a rare chance to witness his artistry up close. It was a powerful, emotional night, made all the more poignant by Bibi’s personal connection to the cause following his own battle with cancer.

Through donations collected at the door and during the event, an impressive €56,021 was raised for APAAC, a local non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families across Ibiza and Formentera.

“I’ve always had a thing for last-minute shows in Ibiza,” said Bibi. “There’s something special about the chaos and spontaneity of it all. But this time, instead of an after-party, I wanted to channel that energy into something with meaning. Playing at Beachouse for the first time, with the sea just a few feet away and the energy of the crowd, reminded me why I fell in love with this scene in the first place –  the community and connection. Last night was one of those moments where you could really feel that unity. We’ve all faced our own challenges, and if we can turn that into something that supports others, then that’s what it’s all about”.

APAAC will use the funds raised to further their mission of providing emotional, therapeutic, and practical care to those affected by cancer. Their work continues to be a lifeline for many in the local community, and this contribution will help them expand their reach and services.

Beachouse and Michael Bibi extend their heartfelt thanks to every person who attended, donated, and once again proved music’s power to unite.
