Does Santa Eularia want to put a stop to tourist apartment rentals in 2017?
The news was given by the local daily “Periodico de Ibiza” (read here): the Major, Vicent Marì, announced that a new law would be approved before the end of 2016: the goal is avoid that apartments in residential area can be rented to the tourists.
This is not a good news for the tourists and the clubbers that loves the area of Santa Eularia, and we don’t know really what will happen, but – don’t worry- Ibiza by night will update you, because of the countdown for ibiza 2017 has already started.
